Making a video of your neighborhood using Google Maps Street View and Smart Recorder
If you live in a fairly large city, you should be able to see pictures of your neighborhood in
Street View. The pictures are panoramas, so can click-hold-and-drag your mouse to see 360 degrees of the environment.
Once you find your neighborhood, you can write a short narration, then create a video tour of your neighborhood in Google Maps Street View. Here is an example:
To create your video your, you will need:
An Internet connection
A video screen-capture tool, such as Smart Recorder
A microphone, preferably a headset mic
